4. Digital Products & Services

All digital goods, subscriptions, and services are strictly non‑refundable once delivered, accessed, or activated.

 

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting the merchant may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Denial of future purchases
  • Submission of evidence to the payment provider

GoSeller will provide platform‑level transaction logs but is not responsible for product‑related disputes.

Each merchant using our platform is fully responsible for:

  • Shipping fees and delivery timelines
  • Packaging and dispatch
  • Tracking information
  • Handling lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
  • Compliance with regional and international shipping regulations

Customers must review the merchant’s individual shipping policy before placing an order.

Tracking information (if provided) is generated and shared by the merchant, not by GoSeller.
We do not verify or control the accuracy of tracking updates.

 

5. Digital Products

If a merchant sells digital goods, delivery is handled directly by the merchant.
GoSeller does not deliver or host merchant digital products unless explicitly stated.
