GoSeller Return/Cancellation Policy

(Vendors handle all returns directly)

1. GoSeller’s Role

GoSeller is a technology platform that enables vendors to create online stores, list products, and accept orders.
GoSeller does not sell, ship, manufacture, or manage any products listed by vendors on the platform.

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are the sole responsibility of the vendor from whom the customer purchased the product.


2. No Returns or Refunds Processed by GoSeller

GoSeller does not:

  • Accept return requests
  • Process refunds or replacements
  • Arrange pickups or reverse logistics
  • Intervene in product‑related disputes
  • Guarantee product quality, authenticity, or delivery

All such matters must be handled directly between the customer and the vendor.


3. Vendor‑Specific Return Policies

Each vendor on GoSeller may have their own return, refund, or exchange policy.
Customers are advised to:

  • Review the vendor’s return policy before placing an order
  • Contact the vendor directly for any issues
  • Keep proof of purchase and communication records

GoSeller is not responsible for vendor policies or their enforcement.


4. Order Issues & Disputes

For issues such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Missing items
  • Late or undelivered orders

Customers must contact the vendor directly using the contact details provided on the vendor’s store page or order confirmation.

GoSeller may, at its discretion, assist with communication but is not obligated to resolve disputes.


5. Payments & Settlements

All payments are settled directly between the vendor and the customer through the vendor’s chosen payment gateway.
GoSeller does not:

  • Hold customer funds
  • Issue refunds
  • Reverse transactions

Refunds (if applicable) must be initiated by the vendor.


6. Final Disclaimer

By placing an order on any GoSeller‑powered store, the customer acknowledges that:

  • The contract of sale is between the customer and the vendor
  • GoSeller is not liable for product issues, returns, refunds, or disputes
  • All return‑related communication must be directed to the vendor
